Nitro Games publishes supplementary prospectus

Nitro Games Plc (“Nitro Games” or the “Company”) has prepared a supplementary prospectus in addition to the prospectus regarding the invitation to subscribe for new shares in Nitro Games, which was approved and registered by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority on 16 May 2017.

The supplementary prospectus has been prepared due to the new development agreement, worth approximately EUR 1.1 million, that Nitro Games signed with Wargaming World Limited on 15 May 2017.

The supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and will be available on Nitro Game’s website (www.nitrogames.com/investors) and Mangold Fondkommission Ab’s website (www.mangold.se/emission/nitrogames).

Investors who have subscribed for offer shares before the publication of this supplement to the prospectus may choose to cancel their subscriptions. The cancellation right must be exercised within a cancellation period of two (2) Swedish banking days from the publication of this supplement to the prospectus, i.e., no later than on 18 May 2017 at 17:00 Swedish time.

Cancellations must be filed with the office with which the subscription was placed. However, subscriptions placed on the website of Mangold Fondkommission AB cannot be cancelled on the website but should be cancelled by contacting Mangold Fondkommission AB at info@mangold.se or telephone +46 (0)8 503 015 95.
