Nitro Games signs Agreement with Netmarble EMEA
Nitro Games & Netmarble EMEA have signed Game Distribution and Servicing Agreement to introduce ”Medals of War” to Arabic and Turkish speaking audiences.
Nitro Games has signed a Game Distribution and Servicing Agreement with Netmarble EMEA, the regional office of Netmarble Games, one of the fastest growing mobile gaming companies in the world today. The Agreement concerns licensing of Nitro Games’ new game ”Medals of War” to Netmarble EMEA for publishing in Arabic and Turkish speaking countries. The parties previously signed a Term Sheet, as press released on September 27th, and the Terms of this Agreement are in line with what was agreed then.
Terms of this Agreement overview:
- Minimum Guarantee: 200.000,00 EUR
- Royalty rate: Net 35% to Nitro Games
- Netmarble will have Asian rights of first refusal. Minimum Guarantee for Asian countries to be negotiated separately.
- Territory: Turkey, Middle-East and Africa
- Target launch date: Q4 2017
- Genre: Action Strategy
